Buenavista’s accomodation is split across two spacious floors, each of which enjoy acces to those glorious views. The ground floor is home to a spacious and bright living room, with three sofa areas equipped with a Sonos sound system, Wi-Fi – and large windows that permit views of the islets of Cala Conta, such as Illa des Bosc.
The ground floor also houses the fully equipped kitchen with center island, a dining table for 8 people and large windows over-looking the sea. A double bedroom completes the floor, which boasts an en-suite shower room and its own table with chairs.
The upper floor hosts four further bedrooms: the en suite master with Apple TV and terrace access, plus three others, two of which are en suite and the third of which has access to a shower in the hallway. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Outside
Buenavista’s exterior is spectacular. The villa was built in 2014 specifically to take advantage of its glorious position. The centrepiece of this space is the 10 x 5m pool, which is surrounded by seating areas with table and chairs – all with sea views.
There is a portable barbecue with an open sink and refrigerator, plus a sofa and coffee table. The covered porch adds to this entertaining space, with a dining table for more than ten people.
The large garden with trees, plants and different levels also offers a series of fabulous viewing spots to catch those amazing sunsets. Finally, there is outdoor Parking for minimum of three cars.
