Property Information
There are four floors at Can Elegant – if one includes the wonderful roof terrace, which acts as a colarium – equipped as it is with sun beds, couches hammocks. Its main living area, however, is on the ground floor, and includes a dining room for twelve people with a sea view and direct access to the terrace.
Also on the main floor is the living room – again with a sea view, and benefitting from a Sonos sound system and feature fireplace. With the fully-stocked kitchen and guest toilet also on this floor, the main level is completed by an en suite twin bedroom with TV and sea view.
The villa’s lower level features three further bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, each with en suite bathroom and TV. The floor’s covered terrace features sofas, a TV and a Sonos sound system, plus the laundry area. The property’s final two double bedrooms are located on the pool level – and boast direct access to that all-important area!
Outside
The pool is 8m x 5m and is the centrepiece of the main sun terrace. There are eight chairs and parasols here, making the absolute most of this glorious spot for swimmers and sun-seekers alike.
There is also a barbecue area with a table for twelve people, a kitchen with a butane oven, plus a dishwasher and refrigerator.
This wonderful exterior space also benefits from an outside shower.
