Alvaro Gonzalez de la Fuente from IBIZARQUITECTUR was the architect responsible for the design of this house, which occupies 348 square meteres of built space and 471 square meters of land. De la Fuente has also worked on other large projects across the island, being responsible for the design & construction of Destino Pacha Resort.

Property Information

Combining unique, innovative design with minimalist decor, this luxury house is made up of four double suites – with private bathrooms, living room, kitchen, swimming pool and two outdoor terraces (one on the top of the house and the other at the poolside). The house is finished to an incredibly high standard, offering features such as an internal elevator and integrated speakers in every room.

No expense has been spared in the construction of this house, with high-quality materials used throughout, including Corian (for the kitchen work surfaces and showers) and Hans Grohe (in the bathroom suites). The property has customisable LED lighting both inside and out, allowing you to change the brightness and colour in accordance to your mood/taste. Lower Level

The reception area is imposing, and offers direct access to the rooms located on this level, such as the kitchen, dining room, ladies’ powder room and two terraces. The first terrace opens out from the kitchen, and offers the perfect setting for dining al fresco. The second opens out from the living room and houses a whirlpool built for four people. This terrace also has a relaxation area furnished with four hammocks and an outdoor shower surrounded by bamboo to ensure privacy.

The huge, open-plan living space is stylishly arranged, with plenty of comfortable seating and soft furnishings to relax into. The dining table comfortably seats between eight and ten people, and the open-plan layout makes this space perfect for dinner parties or entertaining friends and family.

Everything in this house is of an incredibly high standard, and the kitchen is no different. Filled with the latest high-tech appliances – such as ceramic cooker and hood, two refrigerators complete with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other necessary appliances as toaster, juicer and coffee maker – it’s a chef’s dream.

First Floor

The first floor houses a total of three double suites with en suite bathrooms. The door used to access the first floor is reinforced for added security, and can be locked to isolate rooms from the rest of the house.

The first bedroom includes a double bed (150x200cm), a wardrobe and plenty of space for accessories. It has a large window meaning the room is incredibly light and airy. When open, the window hides itself by sliding into the wall.

The “Master Room” or main bedroom has walk-in closets on either side of its entrance, and features a large bed complete with huge terrace from which you can see the beach of Talamanca, the lighthouse of Botafoch and the island of Formentera. This room has night-light motion sensors – which are particularly handy for negotiating the stairs to the side of the bed during darkness. The bath has an exclusive toilet-bidet, a Duravit Sensowash, from the designer Philippe Stark, and houses a smart TV.

Next door is the fourth bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), closets, an office table complete with TV and an en suite bathroom with mood lighting. This room has spectacular mountain views.

Second Floor

Undoubtedly, the best views of the island can be admired from this floor. This spacious terrace provides the perfect setting to enjoy lunches or dinners with family and friends. This space is to be enjoyed at your leisure, and comes complete with barbecue, exterior kitchen, large dining table, two large sofas, two hammocks and a Jacuzzi.

Basement & Garage

The access doors to the basement are opened by remote control. The basement suite comes complete with a bathroom, and has a large window which receives natural light through the courtyard. All basement living areas are decorated in a minimalist style, but provide adequate warmth to avoid the feeling of being in the lowest part of the house.

The garage, located in this area of the house, has room for two vehicles. Thanks to the large basement, there is further space to accommodate two motorcycles.

The garage also houses a room that can be used for storage, and there’s an additional armoured door to enter the house from this lower level.

Adjacent to this area, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer (12 kg high-end). There is ample space to store belongings.
