The house is decorated throughout in a contemporary, minimalist style – every line is crisp and clean, and every room is bright and airy. Each room is appointed beautifully. Take the fully equipped kitchen: it boasts induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a table for four people, a TV and access to the outside. There is air conditioning throughout.
The living and dining room is furnished in a similarly sumptuous fashion. These very spacious areas are ideal for reclining and relaxing, with gloriously comfortable design furniture and satellite TV. There is also a table for eight people. Elsewhere on the main floor is a laundry room, equipped – of course – with everything you’ll need: washing machine and clothesline, ironing board. refrigerator and vacuum cleaner.
The bedrooms complete the villa’s superb accommodation. There are four double bedrooms, three of them with en suite bathrooms, on the main floor – and a further twin bedroom that can be converted to a double where necessary. On the first floor is the master suite, a double bedroom with a very large wardrobe, bath and shower, and a terrace with armchairs and view to the pool. Finally, the first floor also features a separate bathroom with shower.
Outside
Sa Gaita’s exteriors match its interiors for luxury and comfort. Not only does it boast superb al fresco dining spaces, with views of the house across the pool and of course the San Juan hills, but there’s a Jacuzzi, too.
There is further outdoor seating across the grounds – and especially around the barbecue area, where a very large comfort area commands the grounds. Other al fresco cooking facilities include an induction hob, sink and a mini fridge.
There is covered parking for two cars.
