The living area (150 square metres) offers a spectacular view of the pool and the sea, and includes a winter living room with fireplace, a TV room and a reading corner. The large dining table can accommodate ten people.The office and library, meanwhile, is located next to the TV room with Blu-ray and soundbase for an iPod, with Bose speakers inside and outside.
The kitchen (55 square metres) is separated from the lounge by a sliding door, the appliances are Neff and there is a Liebherr refrigerator. There is also a laundry room of 15 square metres which offers numerous storage spaces and of course a washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the main house overlooking the sea there are six beautiful double bedrooms, each with a balcony, en suite bathroom, dressing room, flat screen TV and satellite TV. The guest house (45 square metres), meanwhile, has a private terrace and offers its occupants a spectacular view of the sea. Outside
The property’s exterior has been spectacularly designed and there are endless stunning sea views. There are two outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool. Of the outdoor pools, one is located on the same level as the covered terrace, with the second below the garden.
The indoor Hammam pool is located on the upper level, with a Jacuzzi for eight people and a sauna.
