With all of the modern amenities you would expect from a luxury property, the grand Villa Blanco boasts four double bedrooms in the main house—all with deluxe en suite bathrooms. All beds are super king size, with high quality bed linen. There is also a flat screen TV in each bedroom. The living room also includes the latest TV and audio technology, alongside stylish, contemporary furniture.
Additionally, there is a spacious guest house that includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All furnishings both inside and outside the property are to a high standard and all bedrooms have individual air conditioning systems. There is very tasteful interior décor throughout, and cleaning and maintenance staff are included in the rental.
Facilities don’t end there. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes all modern appliances and there is also a separate laundry room. The double fronted Lieber fridge/freezer/wine drinks cooling section provides generous space, and the kitchen also boasts a Gaggenau cooker, dishwasher and microwave, plus a coffee machine and a Siemens washing machine and dryer. The property also boasts an indoor dining area to seat eight people, and a well-equipped gym with treadmill, rowing machine, bench press, weights, punch bag and more.
Outside
The property enjoys access to a vast outdoor area inclusive of a pristine 10m x 10m swimming pool, and with ample sun beds to allow you to relax in total comfort. The outside terraces are perfect for dining al fresco (there is a gas barbecue) or relaxing with a drink. The very spacious surroundings provide various areas to relax in and the gardens are landscaped.
The pool is cleaned twice weekly and the water preparation system is based on salt, although there is no salty taste to the water. This system is less harmful than standard chlorine pools and is better for your eyes, skin and hair. There is also a speaker system on the terrace.
